NCAA Eligibility:

Are you being recruited by a college to play a sport at the NCAA division I or division II level? Then you must first be certified as eligible by the NCAA Clearinghouse.

The first step is to complete a "Domestic Student Release Form." You can complete this form online at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net or download a copy here (.pdf file).
